Wonderful deconstruction of corporate manufactured fallacies of our public legal system and constitutional rights.
Look forward to the American Museum of Tort Law traveling exhibition and video moot court for school children. We need to teach the next generation how to be “critical thinkers” not corporate parrots. The pedagogy “banking model” of public education has led us down the road to corporate serfdom. It is rather ironic that the term “banking model of education” has become quite literally corporate banks dictating what we believe to be true in our society.
Kudos for Shanin Specter for such a great success with flying colours in Jury cases in such a diversity of fields
